Can we get a schedule of when the keyholders are available/off from work? That way we can call them to open the entrance if we are able to deliver on the weekdays.
We can avoid loading and unloading twice if we can put the materials directly at the gamesite instead of near the railings or the entrance.

i second that jon. i'll give you the money this Sunday before i go to work. but i have a small problem. i think i'm working this Sunday. so if its ok with you and with the ATEAM. i would like to help/contribute on Saturday. ill give you more info on that matter.

I have three large wooden boxes/crates to offer. They are "about" 5x6x4 feet. Truck or larger vehicle required for loading/transport. You must provide transport & labor. If interested message for details. I don't know how long they will be available.
Forgot to mention Cardboard is also available.
