Greetings to all G.A.P. Members!
If you have not paid your initial fee yet, There will be a deadline on 5/01/11. We will be taking down names and will also be taking role calls, If your name is NOT on the list and we've seen you here play with us more than 2-3 times you WILL NOT be able to play that day. We are sorry if we are being pushy, But we've noticed that some people hasn't paid at all while they are able to buy 17$ bb's and gas.. etc etc.. Like what cliff said during our Sunday Meeting. What's $10?! It's only half a bag of bb's. Remember, This collection of fees are going back to you guys!! Who will play on these fields? who will enjoy our hard work and time? we will all use them. 10 bucks to give me the enjoyment that I get when play is all worth if you ask me.(of course donations are welcome as well).
Last Sunday, there was also complaints about people not calling out. From what I noticed the more the count of heads, the more this complaint will pop up. When we play with small groups this question does not exist. Remember, We don't need to be heroes. that's why Friendly fire counts, so if you get hit with a bullet, you die. There will be the next game, and the game after that. You know who you are.. Please stop.. If this consist and you are caught, disciplinary actions will be taken. Remember, we have to follow the rules that the people of GAP has agree on from day one. Before we pulled the trigger on each other and before we even started to pick up a broom to sweep up the Sanctuary, the rules has been set. let's make it fun for everyone.. after all this is why we play this!
Guns will also be chronographed every sunday before you play.
This is the ensure that you are shooting below the required FPS.
There will be a member that will be in charge of this specific job and will be going around to check out your guns, so expect them to ask you if he/she can chrono your gun.
Another topic that was mentioned was horseplaying. Members noticed people shooting at another person without gear.
Let's try to avoid accidents by NOT DOING these things. If you recall what happened to flea market Last year? Remember guys, SAFETY FIRST!! Let's shoot em up while we are in the fields, not in the resting area. Let's have respect for these guns.
On another note, I've seen a few new faces last Sunday. Some officers were informed about new faces popping out. But there are some questions that i'm hearing who's that and them... Please, if you are going to bring a friend, YOU HAVE TO ASK AND INFORM AN OFFICER!!! Remember, the Sanctuary is PRIVATE PROPERTY and is by INVITATIONAL ONLY. There are rules that must be followed. And if these rules are not followed disciplinary actions will be taken. We are trying to keep the Sanctuary's site confidential because of it's size and because it has an owner.
Once we hit the bigger fields... by all means, invite em all, But please inform our officers and tell them about our $10Fee!!!
